Janie is a professional coach, mentor and facilitator. With over 20 years consultancy experience she has worked at all levels in the UK and internationally, specialising in change and transition, talent, team and professional development. An experienced facilitator of complex processes and action learning, Janie uses a rich mix of tools to encourage insight, create focus and develop clarity, resilience and motivation. Her passions are for creating experiential and participative learning environments and helping people realise their potential and embed change. She is a trained Open Space facilitator, Action Learning Facilitator and trainer, Professional Coach with ICF, Member of CIPD and Fellow of CMI.
She is co founder of Action Learning for Facilitators (ALF) a professional development group for facilitators and Executive Committee member of the International Foundation for Action Learning (IFAL).
