Fiona is a highly respected executive coach; organization systems coach, supervisor, mentor and commercial trainer.
She has over ten years’ experience coaching senior management teams, executives and middle managers; delivering leadership and management development programs across a range of sectors including banking, IT, media, civil engineering, finance and energy.
As an organizational system coach Fiona works with teams, groups and relationship dynamics to help organizations resolve conflict, increase productivity and manage change.
Her work with clients is focused on developing sustainable leadership; increasing the sphere of influence of senior women in leadership and increasing productivity without burnout.
Fiona is a senior member of the faculty of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) leading coach training programmes across EMEA. She also supervises and mentors business and individual coaches to develop their skills and coaching practice.
Fiona enjoyed a successful career in Marketing before moving into executive coaching and education. She holds a Masters in Marketing Management, Diploma in Marketing, and is a Certified Coactive Coach and Organizational Relationship Systems Coach.
