She is an experienced mediator, working with her clients to develop skills in constructive conflict and in finding alignment to bring resolution and insight, to repair fractured relationships.
Her early career spans 18 years in two international blue chip companies. She combines a powerful blend of deep business acumen and pragmatic solutions to support change in both organisations and individuals. She coaches extensively in developing effective relationships; managing change; career transition; leadership and people management.

She has great capacity for tuning into her clients at an insightful and intuitive level, enabling them to find their way forward.
Andrea is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and holds qualifications in 360° feedback, Myers-Briggs and BPS Levels A & B. She is a Certified Professional Co-active coach and trained Relationship Systems coach. As an accredited Stellar Team Diagnostic facilitator, she works with teams to take them to new levels of performance and inter-relationships.
