Andrea Grist CPCC
Andrea is an experienced organisational coach and development professional, focusing on the development of senior business leaders, small business owners and management teams.
Her career spans 18 years in two international blue chip companies, British Airways and Thames Water. It encompasses experience in the frontline business, relationship marketing, as well as all elements of learning and development. Most recently, as Head of Organisational Development, she set up a new OD function and led a programme to develop management and leadership capability, underpinned by the introduction of a coaching culture.
She combines a unique blend of deep business acumen and pragmatic solutions to bring change to both organisations and individuals. With her own experience as a business leader, she brings true understanding of the issues facing leaders today. She is comfortable operating at all managerial levels and works to support clients in developing robust strategies and achievable implementation plans to bring real business results.
Her approach to development is founded on her coaching skills, gained through training with the ICF accredited Coaches Training Institute. She coaches extensively in culture change, career transition, leadership and people management. In addition, as a skilled senior consultant and an experienced trainer, she develops client centered programmes that deliver measurable results.
Her style reflects her enthusiasm to free and develop the potential in all her clients. She offers a true safe place for all her clients, while adding healthy doses of humour, energy, challenge and mischief! She has great capacity for tuning into her clients at an insightful and intuitive level, enabling them to find their way forward.
Andrea is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and holds qualifications in 360° feedback, Myers-Briggs and BPS Levels A & B. She is a Certified Professional Co-active coach and trained Relationship Systems coach. As an accredited Stellar Team Diagnostic facilitator, she works with teams to take them to new levels of performance and inter-relationships.
