Action Learning Facilitator Training

Who is this for?

This course is designed for those who already have some experience of facilitating groups, human resource, OD, management development or coaching backgrounds. Action Learning is a valuable tool for professionals working in the development arena.
No previous experience of Action Learning is required. Who have heard of or have awareness of Action Learning and wish to develop expertise.

The trainer
Diamond Edge has a growing reputation for helping organisations establish Action Learning programmes and facilitate sets.

The course leader, Fiona Scrase, developed a passion for Action Learning after being introduced to it in 1999. Since then Fiona has developed and facilitated a number of Action Learning projects and currently co-leads a quarterly professional development event for Action Learning facilitators in London. She is also a qualified coach, CIPD member and a Human Resource Development background.
