The first consecutive three days consist of a two day workshop introducing you to the:

• roles and responsibilities within an Action Learning Set
• role and skills of an effective facilitator
The third and subsequent days are run as an Action Learning Set allows you to fully participate in, and facilitate an Action Learning Set. You will experience the power of establishing ground rules and agreements that begin the process of building group learning, trust and respect.
These three days provide you with the opportunity to:

• deepen your understanding
• be supported by an experienced Set facilitator
• develop your own unique facilitation style
By the end of the programme you will have:

• had first hand experience the three roles within a Set – facilitator, presenter and set member
• learned to facilitate and manage the group process through asking questions developed techniques for handling challenging set members
• learned how to adapt your facilitation style as a Set matures
