What We Offer

We provide a number of in-house Action Learning based programmes. Each is tailored to your specific needs depending on the size of your organisation and what you want to achieve.

Designing in-house Action Learning programmes. Whether it’s a one-off learning set or part of a long term organisational development strategy your organisational needs and outcomes form the core of the programme. Our experienced facilitators will help you implement a successful programme.

Facilitated internal Action Learning Sets. Our experienced facilitators facilitate internal groups of managers for example a one-off project based set working on a specific organisational.

Training Action Learning facilitators. This consists of a two day training course, a series of facilitated sets in which the trainee facilitators experience AL and develop their facilitation skills, plus on-going facilitator support. Ideal for larger organisations who want to use Action Learning as an organisational development tool.
