A Unique Approach

At Diamond Edge we combine a coach approach with the Action Learning format. Traditionally Action Learning had two main elements 1. it is about solving problems and 2, developing people. With a 'coach approach' there is an added dimension - participants are able to practice and develop their coaching skills.
