A Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience she was previously Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary for UK based PLC’s and worked in treasury in the Netherlands.

Having followed her passion for developing people and extensive training in NLP and Coaching she is an authorised facilitator of the Stellar Team Diagnostic™ tool and is a founding director of Diamond Edge, an executive coaching and leadership development company.

Her powerful presence and sense of fun make her in demand as a presenter and workshop leader.

She is a faculty member of the Center for Right Relationship, supervising coaches working with teams and relationship systems. A Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) she brings a depth of knowledge and understanding of human performance to developing people across all sectors.

Renowned for her outstanding people skills, professional approach and business acumen, she is currently working with a number of senior management teams; acting as an agent for powerful and sustainable change. Her work provides a positive impact on bottom line results, organisational culture and personal fulfilment.
Daphne is an authorised facilitator of the Stellar Team Diagnostic assessment which offers a model of team effectiveness based on the teams own assessment of their performance and relationships. Daphne coaches teams to increase both positivity and productivity, resulting in high performing sustainable teams.

As a speaker and presenter Daphne regularly presents at women's conferences organised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Law Society around the country.
