Fiona Scrase CPCC, CIPD

Fiona has over 12 years of experience in facilitating personal and professional development in organisations. Having worked largely in and for the public sector Fiona brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her work. This comes from her career in Human Resource Development and her involvement in mediation, conflict resolution work, and her professional training as a certified coach and facilitator.

Working at a strategic and corporate level her experience has been gained through delivering tailored training and development initiatives.

Fiona's work is concentrated on providing facilitated workshops and team events that help our clients create clear routes towards meeting their objectives, identifying the decisions that need making, actions that need taking and the accountability to have the ideas and vision become reality.

Her particular skills, expertise and passion lie in the field of facilitation, including Action Learning and team coaching. As a result of designing programmes and running Action Learning Sets she now also trains Action Learning facilitators. Fiona is also trained with the Center for Right Relationship in Organisational Relationships and Systems Coaching and is an authorised facilitator in the Team Diagnostic assessment tool.

She is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the International Foundation for Action Learning (IFAL) She is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) and has a post graduate degree in Human Resource Management and Development from Sheffield Hallam University.
